How it works

  1. Send your details

Name, organisation, title, mobile, email and LinkedIn — whatever you want on the card.

  2. We print your tag

Two colours of your choice, sized to fit your QR and name.

  3. Share by scan or tap

The staff pass QR hands over your contact directly. The keychain QR opens your card at taggie.win/vcf/your-name.vcf.

Good to know

  • The keychain QR and NFC link open your card on taggie.win, so the phone needs an internet connection and the link relies on taggie.win staying online.
  • On iPhone, the phone needs to have been unlocked once since it was turned on, and NFC tags are read while the screen is on.
  • The staff pass QR works on every phone camera, offline. When the full card is too long for the QR, it keeps your name and mobile and leaves out LinkedIn, then title, organisation and email, in that order; the NFC sticker holds every field.

NFC sticker sizes

  • NTAG213 · 144 bytes: a link to your card.
  • NTAG215 · 504 bytes: a short vCard (name, phone, email, website).
  • NTAG216 · 888 bytes: a detailed vCard. The staff pass uses NTAG215 or NTAG216 so the full card fits.
